An Evaporative Air Washer Unit combines the cooling function of an evaporative cooler with the air washing and precise humidity control of a spray-type air washer in a single integrated unit — suitable for applications requiring both evaporative temperature reduction and controlled humidity maintenance.

In textile spinning mills, the evaporative air washer unit is the core of the air conditioning system — supplying humidified, cooled air to the ring frame and weaving shed simultaneously. The combined unit manages both summer cooling (reducing temperature by 8 to 12°C) and humidity control (maintaining 60 to 75% RH) without separate systems.

Vayuvents manufactures evaporative air washer units in SS304 and MS with all water-contact surfaces in corrosion-resistant material. Multi-stage spray nozzle banks, efficient eliminator plates to prevent water carryover, precise make-up water control, and integral sump with recirculating pump are standard features.
