A Stand Mounted Fresh Air Supply Fan is a direct-drive axial fan mounted on an adjustable-height heavy-gauge MS pedestal stand — designed to deliver a continuous column of fresh outdoor air at operator working height across factory floors, warehouses, and industrial workshops. The pedestal raises the fan to 900 mm to 1,800 mm height so the cooled fresh airstream reaches workers directly, rather than blowing at floor level or overhead.

The wide-base anti-vibration foot keeps the fan stable on uneven factory floors without floor bolting, making the stand mounted fan fully repositionable — it moves to different work areas as production layouts change, unlike base-mounted or wall-mounted fans that are permanently fixed.
Equipped with high-efficiency two-stage filtration where specified, precision die-cast aluminium alloy impellers dynamically balanced to IS 3588, and IP55 TEFC motors for the dusty and humid factory environment. The slim cylindrical MS casing conserves installation space compared to wide-body propeller fans of the same airflow rating. Metal cabinet and fan blades are anti-corrosion and anti-deformation for long service life in industrial conditions.
Available in 415V 3-phase (standard for fans above 0.5 HP) and 230V single-phase for smaller models on standard workshop sockets. Yes. The stand mounted fan positioned at a doorway or louvred opening facing inward delivers fresh outdoor air into the factory — supply mode. The same fan repositioned facing outward exhausts stale or hot air through the same opening — exhaust mode. Most single-phase 230V models can be reversed by switching the motor connection. Three-phase models reverse direction by swapping any two supply phase connections at the starter.

Small stand mounted fans (0.25 HP to 0.75 HP, up to 385 mm diameter) are available in 230V single-phase for use with standard workshop power sockets. All larger models (1.0 HP and above, 460 mm and above) use 415V 3-phase 50Hz. Vayuvents specifies the correct supply for each model and can supply with a DOL starter or star-delta starter for larger motors if required.
