How It Works in This Application
Wet Fabric Entry
Wet fabric from the padder or washing range enters the stenter machine at 60 to 80 percent moisture content and must be dried to 6 to 8 percent moisture in a single continuous pass.
Hot Air Impingement
The hot air blower circulates hot air at high velocity through nozzle boxes above and below the fabric, creating the impingement effect that dramatically accelerates moisture evaporation from the fabric surface.
Moisture Exhaust
